Treating Cancer in Other Ways
Cancer treatments are tailored to the specific needs of the patient. Increasingly, it is common to use several treatments or (or modalities) at the same time or one after another in order to prevent or reduce the possibility that the tumor will regrow or metastasize to another part of the body.
